Maritim Hotel Wuerzburg - Wurzburg

Functional room, large bed, and marble-lined bathroom. Location short walk to all the attractions in town, the city center and all major attractions, and the restaurant for dinner.

The location was great and perfect - ease of access to Congress Centre Wuerzburg. The breakfast offered was large with a view towards the river and cheese options, for example. The atmosphere created was family.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. It is conveniently located for conferences etc.

Two staff ( It seemed someone was being trained) knocked on the dor and asked if I had consumed anything from the minibar. Wenn I said no one of the staff still asked if she could check. It felt as if she was not taking my word. Then I think it is better not to ask me if she could check the in the first pace. Maybe a point to be made for the future, as it feels not very curteous.

Rooms to the street noisy and basic

The location is great, just a short walk from shopping and directly on the Main River. Rooms facing the center courtyard are pleasant. Restaurant for breakfast is lovely. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Parking underground is welcome. The rooms are comfortable. All are older, refurbished rooms.

The lounge/bar was completely mismanaged. It was filled with people on our Saturday night stay, and we saw customers leave in frustration after waiting forever for drinks. Another couple who kept trying to pay, and they would never ring them up, so they left without paying! We waited 30 minutes for one mixed drink, that arrived only after the 3rd request, and we were sitting directly at the bar. Any four star facility should have better organization!

Comfortable hotel not far from old center of Wurzburg, Main river. Quiet room, good service, breakfast, swimming pool. We prepaid the staying in hotel in August on the November, we found low price on the room. Next time I would like to return to Wurzburg and Maritim hotel.

No hotel parking, only public parking

Spotlessly clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, with a vast selection that I couldn't finish in one meal. The swimming pool and sauna were a welcome reprieve, and staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it was slightly noisy at times due to nearby conference guests, and the basement pool area felt a bit cramped.

Great location and the best breakfast I have seen in a hotel.
